Help Us Prevent Infections

To minimize the spread of communicable diseases, a nurse will check your temperature and weight upon arrival. You will also be asked a few important health questions. Afterward, a doctor will conduct a brief examination to assess your overall health and well-being.

Please answer all questions truthfully and inform our team if you experience any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough or difficulty breathing
  • Fever or body aches
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Sore throat or nasal congestion
  • Diarrhea
  • Headache

Your companion or family member accompanying you must also sign in as a visitor and undergo the same screening process. These steps help protect you, your loved ones, and other patients from potential infections and communicable diseases during your treatment at Pusat Hemodialisis Impian.
